What types of cookies do you offer?

We offer a variety of delicious gourmet cookies, including our classic flavors: Classic Chocolate Chip, Cookies N' Dream, Cookie Butter, and Banana Pudding.
We also feature a limited selection each month, so there’s always something new to try!

Are your cookies made from scratch?

Yes! All of our cookies are homemade from scratch with no preservatives. We use high-quality ingredients to ensure every bite is soft, gooey, and full of flavor.

Do you accommodate special dietary needs?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options.

How can I place an order?

Pre-orders open every Sunday at 2 PM and close Tuesday at 6 PM (or sooner if we sell out).

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes. We require a minimum of 3 cookies per order. This helps us keep each batch fresh and consistent — especially for shipping orders.

Can I place a bulk order?

Absolutely! We love baking for events and special occasions.
To place a bulk order:

  • Email hello@sugarhavenbakehouse.com with your name, requested flavors/quantities, and the date needed.
  • Please place bulk orders at least 1 week in advance for local pickup or 2 weeks for shipping.
  • Bulk orders require a $50 deposit.
    We’ll respond to your request within 24 hours.

How do I store your cookies?

To maintain freshness, store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. You can also freeze them for more extended storage — just reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees for that fresh-from-the-oven taste.

How does pickup work?

Pickup is available weekly at the following locations and times:

  • The Landing at Providence Village:
    • Thursday & Friday 4 PM – 6 PM
    • Saturday 10 AM – 1 PM
  • Sandbrock Ranch: Sunday 4 PM – 5 PM

You’ll receive a Ready for Pickup email with exact instructions once your order is baked and ready.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we currently ship within Texas only.

  • All shipping orders are baked fresh and shipped every Wednesday.
  • Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes, we offer local delivery within 10 miles of 76227.
